Mix it up with this High Intensity Interval Training class format, which combines targeted full-body strength and resistance training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind!

Elixir Empower (Strength)

A muscle-building and toning session, focusing on high repetitions and light weight. Hand weights (dumbbells) and body weight are used to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Strength classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component. Hand weights required (1-3 kg)
